Legal & Policy Reform Support

We provide direct technical, legal and financial support to San CBOs to improve governance, financial management, constitutional frameworks, and strategic planning. Our approach is practical and capacity-focused — enabling organisations to meet donor standards, enter partnerships, manage funds responsibly, and represent their communities interests.
Research &
Evidence

Through our policy and advisory work, Anthropos Initiatives provides technical support to government and insitutional partners seeking to meet the needs of their Indigenous communities. We assist in drafting frameworks, facilitating inter-ministerial coordination, benchmarking against international standards, and ensuring reform processes are grounded in credible evidence and inclusive consultation.
Supporting Community Based Organisations

Effective policy requires credible data. We conduct and commission research to address long-standing gaps in demographic, socio-economic, linguistic and land tenure information relating to San communities. Our work supports the development of evidence-based policy, improves transparency, and helps align national processes with emerging international norms on Indigenous rights and land governance.
