​Anthropos Initiatives and Anthropos Africa are affiliated not-for-profit organisations who work to  advance the wellbeing, rights, and sustainable development of Indigenous and related communities in Southern Africa. 

 

We provide direct technical, legal, financial, and project-management support to community-led initiatives, ensuring that development is participatory, evidence-based, and high-impact. Working across Namibia, Botswana, and the wider region, Anthropos partners with governments, community organisations, and international institutions to strengthen Indigenous governance, secure land and resource rights, and develop innovative new pathways for long-term social and economic empowerment.
